Bio
No More Sun is a four piece alternative metal band from the Hudson Valley, New York, built around Julia Foreman's voice and the space the band leaves for it.
The songs move between 80s rock melody, nu metal weight, and metalcore edge, sometimes inside the same chorus. It is heavy music that stays cold and pretty instead of turning into noise. Live sets pair the originals with covers running from the 80s through the 2000s, which is why the band works a metal bill and a brewery stage in the same week.
The band started in 2015 as a garage project called No Worries, put together off a flyer on the wall of a local music store. Ten years and one name change later the lineup is Foreman on vocals and bass, Andrew Gauzza IV on drums, Dizzy Parker on lead guitar, and Alex Cage on rhythm guitar, with Parker and Cage both on backing vocals.
They play the northeast club circuit hard. Twenty eight shows across New York and New Jersey in 2025, including Dingbatz, The Chance, and Doomtober Fest. Stand & Fight landed in August 2026 and My Voice is next, with the next full album targeted for spring 2027.

All four members run in-ear monitors on the band's own system. No wedges, no monitor mixes for the house to ride.
Viewed from the audience. Positions are flexible on a tight stage; the drum riser and the three vocal mics are the fixed points.
